Fantastic experience ! I forgot to ask some questions that I had . I forgot to write them all down my fault !! I was a patient of Dr. McGuire for years and was concerned when he retired, but he left his office in great hands With Dr. Sanborn. I am now seeing Andrew Ausburger.. He has all the great qualities of DrMcGuire and Dr Sanborn. . He is a wonderful listener And, I have complete confidence in him. The office is always and, friendly, prompt, and courteous , as it has always been . I am very satisfied With my healthcare and treatment in this office. It continues to remain excellent!!

First visit- Front desk was quick and efficiently, didn’t have to fill out duplicates of what was already completed online. Admitting nurse was also quick and efficient while still being friendly. Wait fr Dr was reasonable. Dr visit was through and he took time to talk and review my conditions. Very nice experience

Physician & nurses are amazing. Front desk is rude. Doctor asked us to return in 6 months. Front desk tried to push us toward scheduling with a NP Then we were told the lead was out this week and she would have to ok a spot to put us in. If I can’t return to see my provider without the run around I will have to find another provider. Very disappointed with this office

Dr Kelsi spent so much time talking with me about my medical issues. She didn’t rush me in & out as many doctors have to me in the past. She listened attentively and showed carrying & empathy.

This is such a top-notch team. I started seeing Dr. Tim McGuire back in the '90s and always appreciated the conscientiousness and compassion he brought to the practice. Dr. McGuire expanded his practice to bring on more caregivers, but put a premium on maintaining his high standards of compassionate care. I have worked with Dr. Sanborn and Andrew Augsburger in recent years and could not think more highly of them. They are both outstanding care providers and I trust them with everything. Recently, I met Kelsi Smith for my women's wellness exam and found her to be just as wonderful to work with. The insurance my husband and I have had over the years is often not accepted by this practice, but we both value the professionalism and deep commitment to patients' well-being in evidence at this practice that we have opted to simply keep coming to this family practice as cash patients. They make our choice worth every penny. We are forever grateful to the family practice built by Tim McGuire, a true legacy that McLean Richard Sanborn, Andrew, Kelsi, and everyone else at Texas Health Family Care on Panhandle affirm and amplify on a daily basis. I wish everyone could count on getting such goo
